List three words that define who you are.

B. Snow: I would say joyous, passionate, and hopeful.

Please tell us about your career as a music producer. What are some of the latest projects you have worked on?

B. Snow: Latest projects? Well, most recently I worked on the music production and composition for the high acclaimed screenplay “1800 vs 2020” by Richard Gallion Entertainment. I’ve also been creating new music, sounds, and running radio engineering for F2G Radio Network, as well as the executive Creative Director/A&R for F2G Entrainment.

What does music mean to you?

B. Snow: Music is part of my heritage and legacy. Not just as an African American man, but literally within my immediate family are teachers, musicians, and artists. I’ve heard stories of how my grandmother on my dad’s side taught people in her community how to sing and play the piano, and my dad and my uncle were both musicians as well. On my mom’s side, you have nothing but people who love to sing, dance, and create. So, music means more than rhythm and notes. It’s a medium of moments and atmospheres that impacts the soul.

What do you think is your purpose in life?

B. Snow: As I continue to live, I’m learning more and more about my purpose. It’s like God broke my purpose into a humongous puzzle and then decided to give me a piece of it with each day to solve.

Right Now, I believe that my purpose is to spread Hope and Encouragement to a generation that has grown numb to life because of crushed dreams, deadly trauma, and abandoned childhoods. These are the people that God has given me to care for, and I working now to be prepared for everything that comes with that.

For you, what does it mean to be Kingdom Influenced, and Divinely Driven?

B. Snow: A few years ago, my mother and I became homeless, living inside a shelter where we would sleep in a room that had no more room than a walk-in closet. During one night of our time there, I was asking the Lord about my passion for rapping, and what was His plans for me in the future. God said to me, “I am looking for those who will be Kingdom Influenced, and Divinely Driven.” At first, I smashed the words together and made the acronym “K.I.D.D.”, which later became my stage name. But now that I look back, it was less of a name and more like a commandment.

Acts 1:8 says “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere-in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” The Church’s responsibility is to equip believers with the tools necessary to continue spreading the good news of Jesus Christ the Messiah. Our responsibility as believers is to become equipped — Kingdom Influenced — and the go out to whoever the Lord would send us — Divinely Driven.

What does 2022 look like for you?

B. Snow: 2022 is looking insane! I’m honestly about moving out finally (Laughing). No, but seriously, I’m growing to be appreciative of everything in my life right now, and I’m changing into someone who works for their dreams even when they don’t feel like it. Because of that, I’m putting this journey into music that we’re working to release to the world and it’s getting me pumped for the rest of the year! But, music can’t just stay music, it has to be a full experience. So, we’re creating a few events to go along with it! I’m really pumped about those!

What is the best career advice you’ve received?

B. Snow: Don’t fall into the lie that you can’t change. Give yourself 9 months to a year and PUSH, bro! Then after that, give yourself 3 years. Then give yourself 5, then 7, then 10. LIVE! CHANGE! BECOME! But, most importantly: make sure you’re giving thanks to Yahweh for being alongside you during that time.

How can we keep up to date with all you have going on?

B. Snow: Follow me on all social media platforms at @b.snowofficial
