Chart-Topping Soul Music Producer Regi Myrix Drops "Its A Vibe" ft. Ty Juan and Shawndella Lyric Video from 'BlakButtah Vol. 2' Album

Chart-topping R&B/Soul music producer and multi-instrumentalist Regi Myrix has dropped the official lyric video for his single “It’s a Vibe” from his newly released 10-song artist/producer collaboration project entitled, Regi Myrix Presents BlakButtah Vol. 2. The high-energy single features the smooth, electrifying vocals of independent R&B crooners Ty Juan and Shawndella.

Military-veteran, Myrix Media Group CEO and music producer Reginald L. Myricks aka Regi Myrix has always had a love for music. His father played the guitar in the household and at age 14, Regi took up the guitar, playing local gigs in New Jersey and eventually becoming one of the actual voices behind the infamous group Milli Vanilli. Myrix’s career took a detour into Software Engineering before he found his way back to his first love of music.

In 2006, Myricks got back into music as a producer, starting the label Infinity Worldwide Music with his brothers. The company allowed him to create music for artists he signed, some opening for large acts such as Beenie Man. In 2008, the company’s focus shifted to only music production where he would sell and lease his music online. Fast forward to 2017, Myricks and his brother Art Myrix launched an offshoot of Infinity Worldwide Music called Myrix Media Group (MMG), expanding into acting and modeling coaching services.

The summer of 2018 marked the launch of their interactive music licensing and production catalog. MMG’s production ranges throughout various genres such as rock, R&B/soul, Pop, 70s soul, to the 90s New Jack swing sound. In March of 2019, Myrix released two singles including “LowDown” and “Lovin’UP” with Hitmaker Vocalist Noel Gourdin (known for his Billboard #1 Hit The River). Both singles went to #1 on UK Soul Charts. The most recent album BlakButtah also went to #1 on the UK Soul Chart after just two weeks after release.
