Celebrating Juneteenth Women In Business Spotlight: Hannah Vereen
Celebrating Juneteenth for Black Culture as a national holiday means also supporting Black Business Owners. We are thrilled to spotlight a Black Woman Business Owner who is currently killing it in the field of beauty and self-care.
Owner of XO Beauty Effect, Hannah Vereen gives her clients access and convenience of enjoying services that were once only for people of high status or high income. Hannah believes that self-care shouldn’t be unattainable. Her region had a noticeably large gap of beauty studios or med spa establishments that weren’t either overpriced or catered towards a certain status.
Beauty services such as the ones that are provided at XO Beauty Effect are considered luxury services. Hannah strives to empower XO Beauty Effect clients as much as she can.
“I can proudly say that we have been filling the gap to the best of our ability and we will continue to provide amazing services and experiences for our clients.”-Hannah Vereen, Owner of XO Beauty Effect
Determined to pursue her dreams, she opened her first physical location in West Palm Beach, FL at the age of 22. Hannah says that in the next 5 years, she sees herself continuing to make an impact on both her business and her clients by continuing to further her education and gain knowledge on new beneficial trends/services.
XO Beauty Effect is definitely going to rapidly expand with multiple locations. The goal is to provide clients with convenient and accessible beauty services by beauty experts trained personally by Hannah. This ensures that the services provided are top tier in quality in both the service providers and the products used for services at XO Beauty Effect.
